Squirrels and dumplings. Put 2-4 quartered squirrels in a large kettle with enough water to cover them by 2". Boil covered, while water is starting to boil cut up 1 onion and as much celery as you like. I drop a small bag of baby carrots in the pot also.I usually sprinkle a little pepper, seasoning salt, garlic and a bay leaf. When meat starts to fall off the bones I shred meat and toss bones away. I cheat on my dumpling and use bisquik mix. You'll probably have to add more water to kettle as it will boil down. Time, about 2 hours.
I saved alot on my insurance just by switching into reverse and fleeing the scene of the accident.
