Hunting Boots: Hunting boots have been classified as a working field or forest boot. Assorted for mild to moderate temperatures there are some key considerations when choosing a hunting boot.

  • Is a waterproof boot right for your hunting area
  • The material used to create the boot – ie: leather/gore tex
  • Insulated or non-insulated boots
  • Consider the weight of the boot
  • The height or ankle support of the boot

Rubber Boots: Rubber boots are classified mainly as waterproof and scent reducing or scent masking. All of our rubber boot selections are offered in different camo patterns.

  • Insulated or non-insulated rubber boot
  • Tread or track design
  • Height of boot
  • Scent-free option

Clothing: While our clothing is divided into sections of interest we offer a few added considerations.

  • The weight of each garment ie: thermal properties
  • Protection from elements qualities – ie: windproof – waterproof
  • Storage capabilities such as pockets
  • Wearability preferences such as buttons and zippers or pullovers
  • Camo patterns or snow camo patterns

Decoys and Calls

Predator or Coyote calls: Are divided into two sections. Electronic and reed calls. You might consider the following:

  • Operation of caller such as remote or manual

  • Volume output of electronic callers

Rifle Scopes – Binoculars – Spotting Scopes: The first rule of thumb shared by the majority of serious hunters is purchase the best you can when it comes to optics. There is no substitute for quality glass and crystal clear line of sight when your target has been aquired. Consider the following aspects:

  • Fixed or variable power rifle scopes
  • Fine tuning turrets for easier sighting in
  • The field of view of each optic
  • The finish of pattern of each optic
  • Light gathering qualities
  • Reticle styles
  • Waterproof or shock proof
  • Size – compactness
